Week 1: Goal setting and intentions
Ever set goals but don't really do anything with them? I’m going to teach you my way on setting effective goals. We don't wing things around here! Oh and we are also going to get hype for the next 8 weeks!
Week 1: Macros and calories
This is where things get fun! We discuss the differences and what YOU need to be focusing on in order to hit your personal fitness goals. I break this down so it's simple and digestible. You will listen to this call and no longer be confused on all this 'macro talk' ;)
Week 2: My Fitness Pal and meal prep tips
We walk through MyFitnessPal (our food tracking app) and I let you in on all of my secrets on how to efficiently log your food - so it doesn't take up your whole day - and how to set up a system of meal prep that works for you.
Week 3: All things exercise
Know those ladies who do the same group classes for years and they still look the same? This might be you too, but anyways, I’m going to dive deep into the different exercise protocols and what is going to work best for certain goals and body types. Yes, we will discuss cardio too.
Week 4: Metabolism
What is this thing called metabolism and what kind of metabolism do you have? We are breaking down all things on how to get the metabolism of your dreams and what strategies to implement if you have a sluggish or slow metabolism.
Week 4: Navigating weekends, holidays, social events
Love this one! Another hot topic! Ever feel like your weekends are derailing your progress? I'm sharing all my tips and tricks with you on how to plan for weekends and social events while also reaching your body goals. My whole coaching philosophy is having food freedom and balancing it all.
Week 5: Biofeedback/data collection/nutritional periodization
Of course you want to look good, but how you FEEL is always going to be #1. If you don't feel great, chances are you won't look great, and that's just something you can't ignore. That's why I talk about the "unsexy" things you don't hear about often, but make the biggest difference in your results. Oh, and we will talk about dieting phases so that you feel confident going off on your own when the program is over.
Week 6: Motivation, discipline and building lifelong habits
I’m going to get in the specifics of just how fickle motivation is and why we can’t depend on it for lasting results. I'll teach you how to instill discipline, systems and routine to build habits you are proud of.

I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years working with women from all walks of life. It wasn’t always like that though, for years I struggled with food anxiety, yo yo dieting, binge eating and over exercising. I felt alone and suffered silently until I just couldn’t anymore. I HAD to make a change.
I invested in education, mentors, coaches and therapists and I did the HARD work in order to be free of the mental and physical rollercoaster regarding my health + wellbeing. What if i'm still working out at home?
You are able to choose from the home or gym option. If you chose the home version you will need at least one set of light and heavy dumbbells. Any extra bands are a bonus!
I’ve never counted macros or calories. Do I have to?
This is completely up to you. I will say, the people who get the best results are those who have some awareness around the portions they are consuming. So whether that be eyeballing your meals or counting macros, that choice is yours. You can try things until you get what system works for you! Don’t worry I’ll teach you along the way.

Are the calls recorded if I can't make them live?Yes! Majority of the calls are pre recorded and dropped into our chat weekly so you can watch on your own time, take notes and watch them however many times you wish. There will multiple live coaching calls to answer any personal questions have (great opportunity to be coached!) these will be recorded and posted in our chat as well!

I'm really busy. How much time will this program require?3-5 hours per week for workouts, meal prep and our weekly call! This is the perfect opportunity for you to add in a new routine and make fitness fit your lifestyle.

Is this a weight loss challenge?Simply put, no. There will be many who lose weight though. Some will want to lose weight, some will want to maintain or change their body composition and some will want to put on muscle. The difference in your outcome goals will be your nutrition and exercise habits along the way! In other words - don't think of this as an '8 week challenge', think of it as an 8 week program where you learn all you need to know so you can implement these strategies and tools for life, not just for 8 weeks.

What if I have an injury or I’m unsure about form?You can always skip/modify exercises as needed. You can also post a form video in our group chat for feedback!

I want to join, I'm just scared!Usually when I hear this I think that people are scared to fail, because I know exactly how that feels. Personally, I take the leap if it will better me because; 1. If it's on my mind or I can't stop thinking about it, that means it's something I really want 2. I would always regret the “but what if” I didn’t fail.

I have a vacation scheduled, can I still join?Absolutely! You will have the mobile app downloaded on your phone so you will still have access to nutrition and exercise protocols should you choose to work out on vacation. You will also learn how to be successful when eating when out of your normal schedule. Remember, this program is for you to learn how to be successful forever, not just for 8 weeks. The info you will take with you is invaluable!
